This thing is garbage. Now I have to spend 2 hours cleaning up the mess this piece of trash made and it’s making me look bad and LATE for my client. I have to clean out the database and files and may not even be able to use the same directory because of this TRASH plugin. I can’t believe this crap. 3, almost 4 years later and it’s still garbage and destroys EVERY site I try to transfer. It used to work perfectly. I only use this to transfer and monitor sites, and it can’t even do that properly. It kept telling me my website was offline too. This doesn’t work and the redesign of the backend is AWFUL. Just give up already, or if you’re going to exist, at least work correctly and do the proper job. Just stop wasting my time. Absolute trash work on your part. I thought 3 years would be enough to get your shit together and stop making me clean up your messes.

    Hey Sieg,

Don’t worry, we got your back.

I’ve been looking at out clone logs, and I suspect that I’ve found the failed clone you’re referring to. It’s an edge case, and we can have it checked and resolved.

Could you open a support ticket and give us more info, so we could take a look at the actual website and confirm the issue? Just click on your profile in the upper right corner on your ManageWP dashboard and select Contact Support.
