    I bought your PRO version a few months ago and you have ignored my emails about integrating.

    You said to me prior to buying I was going to be able to use my own CSS for the grid, that was not true (AND THAT WAS THE WHOLE REASON I BOUGHT YOUR PRO VERSION).. You have not helped me to integrate my own grid CSS, you just ignore my mails.

    Plus in your Guest User Login Form settings it says “Default guest user is shown wordpress core login form. Pro addon helps to integrate 3rd party plugins like woocommerce, restrict content pro etc.” That is turning to not be true either. I need to simply point to the form from the “Profile Builder” plugin and that does not work either..

    If I could request a chargeback I would but it is too late.

    Be responsible for what you sell!!

    Can you please reply again to the email we had conversation or email us again ?

    About your own css for grid: our plugin provides id or class names for easy css style, you can override as needed. Did you ask us for any further help ? I can not find.

    We have integration for login with with specific not ‘etc’. Still we can try to integrate with profile builder. Our door for new request is always open.

    One thing I can not understand how and when I missed to reply your email. In most cases the support is handled by me and I always try to reply as quick as possible as per our time zone, if anything is missing but we can provide we take time but we try our best.

    If you want refund may be still we can manage but if you think there is miscommunication happened still we can help each other to solve and move forward. Please email us again.

    My email and contact form messages were VERY detailed and went unanswered.

    Go look for my email on 06/08/2021 because it has a whole explanation and screen captures of what I needed versus what you provide… I do not feel like doing all that work again, what I needed and the problem is described in that mail if you cannot find it I re-send the same mail as a forward…

    As far as the problem with the registration/login page, I simply did a function redirect on my functions.php and that took care of it…

    I just looked at all my records with you, you did send me that generic reply on 03/15.2021 right after I bought the PRO plugin pointing me to the generic solutions page..

    The one on 06/08/21 was never answered neither the previous ones from the contact form.

    But yes you did provide a generic answer 3 days after I purchased..

    I will work on your generic answer..

    The reason I call it “generic” is because I use for many websites I own a good 50 different plugins and when people offer CSS integration it is real CSS integration… Where you simply add a CSS in an entry field, with yours I actually have to override your stuff and code it myself. What you provide is useless, either I use your very rudimentary grid or I have to hard code what I need myself.
    Same with the redirect for the login.

    So basically if I have to hard code my grid there is no good reason to buy the PRO version of your plugin, in the end I am having to code myself my grid..

    All the “PRO” options I get are of no use…

    Although the free plugin is excellent, so I guess you got paid the PRO fee for me to use the free one.. it is ok…

    We have implemented woocommerce like template override system which means, you can to override any template/view layer of this plugin in your theme.
    The core plugin has all template files for various display in plugin root(cbxwpbookmark)/templates/
    Then there are few folders called admin, bookmarkpost, bookmarkmost, widgets etc folders for relevant template files
    To override template files and folders from the “templates” need to copy in your theme or child theme’s root folder’s inside “cbxwpbookmark” folder. The template files override
    is just like woocommerce. Please create a folder called “cbxwpbookmark” in your theme/child theme’s root folder and copy files from the
    plugin root(cbxwpbookmark)/templates/ dir, same way files from pro addon’s ‘templates’ folder can be copied to active theme/child theme’s “cbxwpbookmark” folder`”

    Just to be more specific, in any other similar plugin there would be a CSS field where I can simply enter the CSS of my container so that becomes the CSS of the grid for your system. So a tiny little one line solution to actually set the grid the site has elsewhere.. You go to a developer console, determine the class needed, copy/paste that class and everything is ready..
    You provide in your PRO plugin version a grid that in nowadays sites (most of them responsive grids) will be useless because it will not match anything on the rest of the site..

    Sorry, you are writing all these here which is not related with pro support. we have near 1k+ active installs of this plugin and different users needed is different. if you think our plugin is useful or not fit your need or our support is not much helpful you can just ask refund and we will refund you. otherwise it’s useless to discuss here. I asked you to come to email to our support. Every customer or users may have their own expectation and it’s not very unlikely that developers failed to satisfy that.

    Your simple one line “All the “PRO” options I get are of no use…” answered everything. So as developer of this plugin I am very much interested to refund you and help you.

    The reason I am contacting here is because in here you are forced to reply… because your prestige here is at stake, privately it is not..

    That is why privately your only answer was generic.. I waited for you to answer privately, now I am doing it here and getting your reaction.

    I am actually playing with your plugin making changes I am testing a grid which was the reason to buy.

    Your PRO options are all oriented towards categories, although that specific site has over 100 categories they are of 0 importance for the bookmark grid (not used in there).

    I can change the CSS myself it will be easy, I already located where you have the things I need there I can customize it.

    I have one single question for you or your developers:

    Point me to what line in what file to change so I can show an excerpt (in my case and advanced excerpt) Instead of just showing the thumbnail and title (which is what your grid shows). The rest I will handle myself.

    Point me in that direction and in a few minutes I will have it working the way I want.
