# I bought Pro

 * I bought the Pro version but it still says I’m running the free version
 * I bought the pro on 09/28/2017 for 9.95 & it cleared my bank on 10/02/2017
 * How can we get this fix? thanks

   you have successfully installed the Pro version? It seems like you haven’t installed
   the pro version yet and are still running BackupGuard Free.
 * Please double check you have correctly followed these steps:
 * – Login to your personal dashboard here: [https://backup-guard.com](https://backup-guard.com)(
   your credentials were sent to you via email)
    – Navigate to “Products” section
   and download the Pro package – Follow the instructions to link your website –
   Login to WordPress and uninstall Free version from your dashboard – Install the
   downloaded Pro version of the plugin like described in the link: [https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/install-backupguard-pro](https://backup-guard.com/products/backup-wordpress/doc/install-backupguard-pro)–
   Login to BackupGuard plugin with the same credentials
 * That’s it! You’ve successfully installed and authorized your Pro version.
