• STAY ON FREE VERSION! The free one worked good – bought the lifetime pro version but is super buggy and frustrating. I want to fork this and fix it. It has a lot of potential but when you show them javascript issues in their code (from console), they tell you its your environment (lol). They asked me to set up a staging site for them to troubleshoot or give them access to my site instead of attempting to recreate and fix in their own environments. So I will use it for the one site its on, but now I’m stuck because if I fix their code I can’t update the plugin again without redoing it every time. STAY ON THE FREE VERSION!!! You’ve been warned. Also their hours of support mean you can’t hear back from them unless its 2am-4am local time in US.

    Hi Creativewun,

    I hope you’re doing well.

As a fellow web developer, you’re likely aware that issues can sometimes arise from conflicts between plugins or with the theme used in a website’s environment. Our Pro plugin is currently used by over 500 users, and we haven’t encountered the issue you mentioned. However, we take your concerns seriously. We attempted to replicate the issue based on your description but couldn’t, which led us to request access to your site. We understand concerns about sharing live site details, so we suggested the option of a staging site login as an alternative.

Collaboration is key in resolving issues like these. Your insight as a developer is invaluable to us in this process. If you’re willing to work with us by providing access, we’re confident we can address your concern effectively. Also, if you find that our Pro version isn’t meeting your needs, we’re more than happy to process a refund for you.

Looking forward to your response and hoping to resolve this together.
