    I bought a website that already had ads like Amazon, Itunes and Ebay on the site. How do I get the profits from the ads already on the website?

    Configure them with your id, if you have one. else go to their websites and register

    this is not really a wordpress question –

    you would probably need to open (affiliate) accounts with all these sites, and change the info in your site to point to your new account numbers.

    possibly something you could discuss with the seller of the website.
