Use Custom variables option.

Hi,
Yeah i have put below in custom variables and used in shipped state custom message , but its not working.
_tracking_provider
_tracking_number

Even I have put below custom variables, but its not working
_aftership_tracking_provider
_aftership_tracking_number

Not all custom variables are accessible. Check your plugin’s variables.
