    Hello,

I have created a form in Jetpack CRM to receive quotes from clients and potential clients, I did tests but I do not understand where the information sent from the form should impact, I check the Forms, Contacts, Budgets tabs but they do not appear, the data that can be sent by Users, such as first and last name, email and quote data, are nowhere, not even an account is automatically created in the CRM with that data, nor do I receive the information to my WordPress email administrator. Could you clarify what is the correct use of the Forms tool because at the moment it is totally useless?

    Regards

    Hi @quiquegs

Do you have an example of the form you’re trying to use? Is it a CRM form, or a Jetpack Form connected to the CRM, or a different form solution (Contact Form 7 for example)

    Hi Mike,

    I am using the shortcode [jetpackcrm_form id=”1″ style=”cgrab”].

I have created a page to receive from that form: https://homeweb.com.ar/formulario-de-presupuesto/

I clarify that I am not using any additional forms. Thanks.

    Regards

    Hi @quiquegs

Thanks for the extra info – that should automatically add a new contact.

We’ll look into this and get back to you ASAP.

    Hello Mick,

Now the form works perfectly and automatically adds the new contacts and contact inquiries that have already been added. In the “Activities” section of the customer or lead account, I could see that the message they send is added there as well.

We can give the matter as resolved, although I would like to be able to customize the form a bit, like adding the phone field.

    Thanks

    Best regards!

    Hi Enrique

Thanks and glad it’s working now – the CRM forms are intended to be lightweight in what data they collect (the more data you ask for, the lower the conversion rate of the form)

We have some other options (Contact Form 7, or Gravity Form)

    https://jetpackcrm.com/extensions/

Where you can collect additional data.
