I am getting notice when I saved the settings

Hi,
The GT3 plugin was working fine and I was trying to change the settings but as soon I did that I see this notice.
Notice: is_main_query was called incorrectly. In pre_get_posts, use the WP_Query->is_main_query() method, not the is_main_query() function.
2 of them. I tried to reset settings but its not working. When I disable the plugin, its gone so its coming from this plugin.
What could it be?
Using all latest WordPress and plugin (just updated).

I thought it was a conflict but it doesn’t appear to be. This is the notice.
