    i did purchase the premium plugin for full price…suddenly they changed their pricing to subscription and of course, my license stopped to work…and i cant use it anymore, even if i paid the full price already…i reported to support, and they said…that my subscription ended…but i never purchased a subscription i purchased full license…very bad pricing policy they have

    We are sorry to hear you’re disappointed with our pricing policy. Our premium plugins have always been distributed under a license/subscription plan. At the time you purchased Yoast SEO Premium, the plugin included a renewable license which was valid for one year. The plugin is yours to keep and use for as long as you want, however, the license/subscription is required for upgrades and access to our premium support team.

    Notice that your license was automatically converted into a subscription when we launched My Yoast, the customer portal where you can find and manage all the Yoast SEO products you own. Unfortunately, your subscription is no longer valid as it expired in 2017. If you want to renew it, please place a new order here.
