  • For a couple of issues (bug/glitch/text cropped) i had 4 or 5 differents members of the supports by mail.
    I sended a video to check the issues.
    The “master chief” of the support told me that all was about a css error (impossible) and to put the plugin the body of the theme ; stuff that i could not do (wanted in it the widget, i am so sorry)

    The only good stuff was the responsivity of the support, but not enought to get more than one star because of the hypocrisy of this support ; that could not solves the issues and send me consciously anywhere, with unreliables advises.

    I have checked the conversation with our support team and you were mentioning that you had a slow website after translation. I have personally checked it and wasn’t able to experience that.

    Also, you have mentioned that style element is not allowed inside the li element per HTML standards (which doesn’t cause any issues) and you have been offered to remove the <style> code from GTranslate widget code section and place it into your theme CSS.

    I wasn’t able to notice myself the cropped text you have mentioned in the translation, but I can see that I have offered you solution to upgrade to our paid plan which would solve the issue.

    I can post the conversation with our support team which shows that you have been provided answers to every question you had.

    I can post it egally.
    I was saying exactelly the opposite of what you’re explaining in your reply, especially for the text cropped (the most visible issue) and i sended A VIDEO that showed it very clearly.

    The last message (with the last “agent”) was to ” remove the <style> code from GTranslate widget code section and place it into your theme CSS” TO SOLVE ALL ISSUES.

    Don’t want to make a post more longer here, bug when i choosed the word “hypocrisy”, it was really thought before.

    Can’t pay for a premium version if i found this kind of support at first. And i could very easely cause needed this kind of automatic translator plugin.

    Your support was “eyes closed” on some issues, volontary. Or can’t open a video and just say it.

    Hi,

    I’m going to summarize our answers for you one more time to make it more clear for you.

    1. Menu glitch – I have checked it and did not experience that, it is an animation and if it glitches, may be performance of your computer. Has nothing to do with GTranslate.

    2. <style> inside li is not allowed – To fix that you need to cut the CSS code from Widget Code section and place it into your theme CSS files.

    3. Text cropped issue – I have checked the video, but did not notice any cropped text there, may be I do not understand the language inside the text that is why the cropped text is not evident for me. Anyways I suggest you to upgrade to our paid version which will solve the issue if it is cropped. We have 15 days free trial.
