# Hyperlink not working within toggle list

 * Good Morning,
 * I am very new to WordPress and have been working with 3.9.1 within a test environment.

 * I am having an issue with hyperlinks not working within a [toggle] list.
 * Using FireBug, I have tried to resolve using z-index, however, I was unsuccessful.
 * Specifically, I am working with “View Degree Requirements” buttons at the bottom
   of each section of the toggle list.
 * I see the url when I hover over the buttons, however, it will not let me click
   them.
 * Am I missing something simple? I’ve tried to resolve it myself for a couple of
   days, but am obviously missing something.
