Hyperlink in Widget Title

Hi all. I messed up two widgets on our front page earlier this morning trying to figure out how to embed a new video. I got everything working again, but the center widget title is no longer working as a hyperlink to another page on our site. I tried using TEXT HERE but it disappeared after I entered it in the title bar. I think we may have had the hyperlink coding in the body of the widget before I messed it up. Any ideas? Thanks.
