hyper-links same as standard text

Hi,
I’m looking to make my hyperlinks exactly the same as the standard text (not bold). When the cursor rolls over the hyperlink I would like it to bolden while remaining the same color as I made the text.

This way the hyperlinks are not distracting to the reader.

I’m using WP edit I have no issue changing color of hyperlink but it always looks bold. I’m also running jetpack. I’m running the latest version of WP. http://Www.Vailautodetail.com
