Hwo to turn off notification of this

Can I just ask how the bloody hell you turn the notification off for this? I have it appear constantly on my second multisite, I press close and it comes back every time I refresh the page. I’ve even installed it to see if that gets rid of it (which it doesn’t) How the hell does this plugin have the right to keep asking me to install it? on my main site it’s dissapeared but on the second site it’s quite persistent!

Quite angry with it now!
