When I check your website, it looks like you trigger a popup when “exit intent” occur. But at mobile, we can’t detect that so it’s not working. If the problem still continues can you change the popup trigger method?

hello..
please i have an issue with the hustle popup. it keeps reappearing on every page when ever the trigger is met. also it even still reappears even if the the user has already subscribed to the email list.
“pop-up shown less than” is set to 1 and also “no longer show this message accros the site” is set to 34 years
i have turn off the popup for the main time to avoid annoying customers. please your help will be much appreciated.

Hope you’re well.
While editing popup you can use Display Settings > Pop-up display rules for limiting popup to show in which pages. For not showing popup I can’t replicate it. I tried same settings that you explained but it’s not showing popup when I close it.
Are you using any caching plugin, maybe that can cause this. Also, can you check Chrome browser console while closing popup is there any error occur? You can open console by pressing Command+Option+J for mac, Control+Shift+J for windows/linux.

i use w3 total cache plugin plus i think the problem only occurs on mobile devices.

Hope you’re well.
Did you try deactivating w3 total cache plugin? If not can you try that? Also, trying full plugin conflict test can be helpful. You just need to deactivate all other plugins except Hustle and try again.
If that tries not help, can you activate popup so I can see in action for testing?

It can be a conflict with your theme but we can’t solve it without seeing on live. So can you add the popup for only one page and share the page URL with us? Then we can provide a solution.
Also, according to WordPress.org forum guides, you need to create a new thread;
Unless users have the exact same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme, and configurations, then the odds are the solution for one user will not be the same for another. For this reason, we recommend people start their own topics.
