    Hello,

I manage a multisite composed of 2 identical websites, of which only the currency changes: https://www.ateliernovo.com/ and https://www.ateliernovo.com/eu/

We have Hustle free, for a lightbox, and we have the impression that it is not possible to duplicate it on the second site .com / eu /.

Indeed, the free version allows only one lightbox, which suits us, but we thought we could have one per site.

Do you know how we can do?
    Thank you !

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @lepointdemire,

In multisite, you can have more than one Popup (lightbox). I just tested and I could create popups on each of my subsites.
Do you see any errors? Let me know

    kind regards,
    Kasia

    Hello there @lepointdemire,

it’s been a while since we’ve heard back from you, so I’m marking this topic as resolved. Feel free to post back and we can re-open it. 🙂

    Take care,

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply, and sorry for my late return!

Indeed, the error lies in the integration of API with Mailchimp (the message is “Only one integration can be used at a time … you pick!”)

Would you know how I can solve this problem to have the 2 email collection lightboxes, connected to my Mailchimp account, on the 2 sites of the multisite?

    Thank you,
    C.

    Hello there @lepointdemire,

    hope you’re doing well! 🙂

The “Only one integration can be used at a time … you pick!” limitation is about one pop-up at a time. As long as you network enable the Hustle plugin, then you should be able to build separate pop-ups in your subsites and add the MailChimp integration in each of these, there’s no limitation on this. You can use separate API keys (meaning separate Mailchimp accounts) or the same API key and separate MailChimp lists.

Hope this clarifies things better, please do let us know if you have any further query about it.

    Thank you,
    Dimitris
