Hushmail and Forms plugins

The problem I’m having is I’m trying to turn a form I’ve created using the WPForms plugin into an encrypted form with html code I have been given from my hushmail account. I am not an experienced web developer, but have just been managing my own worpress website for the past couple of years. I also tried making it work with Contact Forms 7 and couldn’t figure that out either…. the code they want me to enter is as follows (except the dots at the end):

‘<form method=”post” enctype=”multipart/form-data” action=”https://forms.hush.com/…&#8230;.”>’

The only instructions I have been given are these:
“To convert an existing web form into a Hush Secure Form, change your <form> tag to match the one below. You can add this HTML code to as many web forms as you like.”

I have tried to contact support at hushmail.com, but they say they don’t help with web development. My website is http://www.saltlakerelationshipcenter.com.
