Hundreds of Report Emails Sent

I have scheduled a recap report to be sent to me monthly on the 4th for my website’s forms’ activity, and it has worked until now. I would just get a single email with the data of how many people viewed the form and filled it out. For some reason, when I woke up this morning, I saw hundreds of these Forminator report emails delivered to my inbox! Each one had the same content…but they were just sent minutes apart. Anyone have any idea what went wrong?
