Is it possible for you to re-activate the plugin, so we can check on the behavior with the top level menu dropdowns as well as contact slider? If not possible because of the site being live, would you be able to create a copy or staging site of the main one where we can check with the plugin activated?

Sorry to hear the issue is still ongoing. Seems like the plugin is no longer enabled, could we know whether you had Asset Optimization enabled under Hummingbird > Asset Optimization when you noticed the issue?
Could you please check whether temporarily deactivating Asset Optimization under Hummingbird > Asset Optimization > Settings > Deactivate makes any difference?
If the above resolves the issue, then it would point it might be more related to the Asset Optimization configuration. Could we know whether you have Asset Optimization configure to “Automatic” or “Manual” Mode?
