# Huh?

 * It is not clear at all how this is supposed to work. I’ve uploaded svgs okay 
   in the media library, figured out that apparently I’m supposed to highlight all
   svgs to make them active and then click “save settings,” and included shortcodes
   e.g.:
 * [svgicon sprite=”flower-box-color1hex-fe5b69-color2hex-f18973.svg”]
 * Or, in desperation, a full URL:
 * [svgicon sprite=”[http://earthbound.io/blog-uploads/2015/05/flower-box-color1hex-fe5b69-color2hex-ccc3c1.svg/flower-box-color1hex-fe5b69-color2hex-f18973.svg”%5D](http://earthbound.io/blog-uploads/2015/05/flower-box-color1hex-fe5b69-color2hex-ccc3c1.svg/flower-box-color1hex-fe5b69-color2hex-f18973.svg”%5D)
 * — published the post, and nothing shows other than…the text of the shortcode.
 * What am I missing? What the H is a spritemap? How am I supposed to use it? Why
   wouldn’t sprites be added to a spritemap automatically? Why aren’t these showing
   in a published post?

 * Unfortunately, this version of the plugin is way behind and I’m not sure when
   it will be updated. If you download the plugin from the [github repository]([https://github.com/jonathantneal/wp-svg-spritemap](https://github.com/jonathantneal/wp-svg-spritemap))
   then the shortcode `[svgmap sprite="id-of-your-sprite"]` should work.
