As you can see on my website through the link I shared when I enable the option on litespeed cache the emojis aren’t removed and some emojis are display with a crazy size.

if you check the source code before and after
you will see with LSCWP, this file wp-emoji-release.min.js has been removed , this indicates the remove emoji was working
but looks like something else is interfering it
please try create a stage site, disable all other plugins , specially the AutOptimize , see how it goes
