Hueman theme won’t display my pictures and contact form is broken

    yes, I used the regeneration plug in to no avail.

    Although the code the theme generates when adding a picture is essentially identical to my existing picture code. none of my pictures are displaying.

    To make matters worse, when I tried to contact the author, you are forced to use a form to submit your information. When trying to submit the form, that failed as it suspected what I provided as spam….duh…so no way to contact them that way. No phone number, no email address…cloaked behind a veil of secrecy.

    Next, I tried to get the info from their Whois…no info there…next I went to their host and their whois link is broke, and when trying to complete their contact form, I got a 502 gateway error.

    Can’t contact the author, can’t submit a ticket, can’t find out their whois, and their host is just as screwed up….

    Hello,

    I’m sorry that you experienced all those problems when trying to contact me. I will definitely adapt the spam settings for the contact form.

    The recommended way is to use the support forum and ping me with @nikeo or just report the problem. Me or another developer of the team will address your request if it’s urgent.

    Anyway here I am, and I would be happy to help.

    If none of your picture is displayed, this is of course not normal. Here’s the usual troubleshooting workflow :

    1. Use the latest software versions : make sure the theme and WordPress are up to date.
    2. Cache plugin : if you are using a server cache or cache plugin, please clear it’s cache content and disable caching via it’s settings.
    3. Browser : clear your browser’s cache / history
    4. Check for plugin conflict : deactivate all of your plugins. If it fixes the issue, re-activate your plugins one by one, until you identify the plugin in conflict.

    I have same trouble with some of my post. the images don’t show in my long posts. if i have more that 2 paragraph the images won’t show. I have no extra plug in and I don’t use any cache plugin

    Images:
    I have the same problem with images not being showed. They are either grey (grey square) or inexistent (empty space for the whole image size. The strange thing is that on my wp-admin everything looks perfect ! I’s really ennoying since I’v been struggling with this trouble for months now. I think that I tried everything. Finally, I decide to seek help.

    Thumbnails:
    How do you get the thumbnails on the left sidebar please ? I can only get the liisted articles but without pictures associated to them. Is this a paid feature ?

    If you wish to have a real idea, pls see methodes-volonte.com (you’ll be scared by the empty space for images !) Pls help;
