Hueman Theme v2.2.0 Warning Msgs above Header

    Folowing “How to Make a WordPress Website & Blog – WordPress Tutorial for Beginners 2014”, by HyperSTV.

    I followed instructions to download the Hueman Theme from alxmedia.se for the most recent version, which is 2.2.0.

    But, I get six error messages above my website header, all with:

    “Warning: Illegal string offset ‘background-xxxxx’ in/home1/charbell/public_html//wp-content/thems/hueman/functions/dynamic-styles.php on line zzz.”

    xxxx in successive lines = color, image, position,attachment, repeat, size.

    yyy = 200, 221, 222, 223, 224, 225.

    I disabled all plugins. Theme Twelve-Twenty works OK. Hueman Theme v1.4.7, downloaded from the WordPress site, works fine.

    Stick with the version from this site.

    WPyogi. I appreciate your suggestion. Can you add the reason for sticking with v1.4.7?

    Because it has passed theme review here on WordPress.ORG – and those are the only versions supported on these forums.

    EDITED – you might want to contact the developer directly on his site about the other version – he doesn’t seem to be actively answering threads here.

    Press save once in theme options and make sure that you update to WordPress 4.1+
