Hueman theme dropcap, pullquote & highlight tags

    Hi, I try to use the dropcap, pullquote and highlight tags in my posts but is not working.
    I´m using the reference I found in the Hueman theme website:
    <dropcap></dropcap>
    <pullquote-left></pullquote-left>
    <pullquote-right></pullquote-right>
    <highlight></highlight>

    I found this solution:

    <span class=”dropcap”></span>
    <span class=”highlight”></span>
    etc…

    Hi – to get the shortcodes to work you need to use [] and not <>.

    Hi Alexander,
    I try first with [] but then the tag appear in my post visible like text… (I´m doing something wrong? I will try again)

    If you downloaded the theme from wordpress.org, the shortcode functionality itself won’t be in it, but the css will – if you download here the shortcodes will work.

    Yes, I download direct from wordpress.org…
    I will try again downloading from your website.

    Hi. I note that this post has been resolved but a quick question.
    I would like to use the typography functionality (pull quotes, etc) but I don’t have access to the FTP side of my website. Only the WordPress interface. What part of the theme hosted on your site is missing from the WordPress site? Is there a way of getting the your pull quotes by adding some code to the child theme CSS perhaps?

    Hi mrajv2014,

    You can download the theme from the Hueman website and upload directly from WordPress dashboard, in the Themes section.
    You can upload the zip file of the theme.

    Hi Baddouth,
    If I do that, does that mean I will lose all the adjustments I’ve made in Theme Options?
