# Hubspot Connection Error

 * Hi there,
 * I have just installed this plugin and am trying to get it set up.
 * I click on the “Continue with this Account” button, it says I’m connected to 
   Hubspot and then the page refreshes and I’m back to the “Continue with this Account”
   button and not connected.
 * Any help would be much appreciated 😊

 * I am very sorry to hear you are having difficulties getting connected to the 
   HubSpot plugin. Thank you so much for reaching out. We appreciate your time and
   hope we can resolve this issue quickly! As we have not had any other reports 
   of this issue, would you mind providing details of:
 * – what operating system you are using (windows / mac etc)
    – what browser (and
   browser version) you are using. – are there any error messages visible in your
   browser console when the connection is failing?? – details of a website domain
   you used to sign up to HubSpot
 * If you would feel more comfortable providing this information over email, you

   Some troubleshooting steps that I can suggest to resolve the issue are:
 * – insure you are using a [HubSpot supported browser](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/resources/which-browsers-are-supported-by-hubspot)
   –
   make sure your browser is up to date – attempt to make the connection in another
   browser e.g chrome, firefox etc.
 * I understand that there is a particular browser you make want to work in and 
   we will work to get you set up in that browser if possible. In the meantime, 
   following these trouble-shooting steps will help us zero-in on what exactly is
   causing the issue.
