http://www…../wordpress/install.php?step=2 – Page Cannot Be Found

Upon initial start up

after I go to index.php
type in the Blog Name I want and the email and click
Install
The next browser page that comes up for this address (the page that happens next)
http://www.saskatchewanoutfitter.com/wordpress/install.php?step=2
says
Page Cannot Be Found

I have uploaded all the files
I have altered the wp-config-sample.php page with all the info and saved it as wp-config.php, and uploaded it.

Can you tell me what is wrong?

I do not have access to MySQL or Cpanel (????) but have used FTP to upload the files, and text editor to alter the wp-config.
