    Domain keys was ok until recently, but not sure why, it is not getting updated.

    Hello,

    I am unable to get my litespeed cache Domain Key activated.

    My account https://my.quic.cloud/ shows all ok for the domain cic.info, but I can see no usage, so I guess the Domain Key is still not working..and it shows “waiting” since 22nd Nv.

    Infact it goes to waiting page, and no progress after that. So i had entered manually the key from the quic.cloud

    I think it’s mid-displaying there , as domain key is already there

    please try click “refresh”

    infact i manually entered the key…but if I refresh, it gets to waiting mode…and no progress.

    And when I try to refresh for Domain keys, I get two emails almost simultaneously..

    First one reads “`CDN Now Enabled. Congratulations, the domain https://cic.info is now using QUIC.cloud CDN! Any further updates to the CDN must be performed at my.quic.cloud

    The second following reads “The CDN setup for the domain https://cic.info has been paused due to an error. Please resolve the error and try again. Error: ‘Internal error while processing.’.

    Any advise will be helpful….as I don’t see the performance improved, most likely it is in error state.
