# HTTPS Site Not Working

 * Hi –
 * I just bought a SSL certificate from GoDaddy but the HTTPS version of my site
   looks very strange and I don’t know how to fix it. I tried using the plugin Really
   Simple SSL but it couldn’t detect my SSL. I might need to do some WordPress SSL
   configuration…

 * Hello Mike,
 * It looks like there is quite a bit of mixed content and those requests are being
   blocked (including your CSS file hence the broken-looking site).
 * You’ll need to change all of the urls to be https://
 * Here is a plugin that may help with some of it:

 * Something to start off with to try and change the urls for those files would 
   be to change your site’s domain in the WP Dashboard to [https://mikegrossmanconsulting.com](https://mikegrossmanconsulting.com)
   and see if that helps.
