 * Hi, I noticed when an email goes out to my customer, it’s signed off by Store
   Name. I tried to edit the email template here /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&
   tab=email&section=fr_email_refund_requested by typing the company name here

 * However the save changes button is greyed out and it won’t let me save it. can
   you help?

 * The issue turned out to be simpler than I initially thought. You need to change
   the email editing mode from HTML to a different mode. Once you do that, you’ll
   be able to edit the email content directly in the editor.
