HTTPS in admin causes DB to crash

  • Hello,
I have used this plugin without problems at all for well over a year now on various sites. I have run into a strange problem with a Linode server in which everything seems to work on the front end when I force HTTPS, but the second I try to force the admin into HTTPS it causes my database to crash. According to my server error log, the CPU memory is running out and causing it to kill the mysql child. I have to then SSH in and after about five minutes and restart it. Have you ever heard of this happening, and if so, any tips on how to fix?
