 * By default it’s the first one.
 * The calendar was working fine originally. But when I activated Polylang to create
   multilingual site, it disappeared. The default events template also can’t be 
   found when I set up a new page. Is there something wrong I’ve done?

 * The calendar is found here for pathinfo servers: [http://domain.com/index.php/events/](http://domain.com/index.php/events/)
   If it says it is [http://domain.com/index.phpevents/](http://domain.com/index.phpevents/)
   then you are experiencing a glitch in 3.12. Some folks have solved this by switching
   to their permalinks to /post-name/. Others reverted to 3.11 while they await 
   a newer version of the calendar to be released with a fix.
