# HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request

 * Can someone help me with a “Didn’t receive 200 OK from remote server” error I
   keep getting, when trying to configure the Infusionsoft API Key and Subdomain
   settings. I verified that I am entering the correct API/Subdomain and even change
   the API key in my Infusionsoft account, but keep getting the following error 
   when I go to save settings. Below is the full message I get:
 * Something is wrong. See below for details, check your settings and try again.
   
   Didn’t receive 200 OK from remote server. (HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request) Attempted:
   1 time(s).
