 * Hey.
 * I have just moved the site from http to https, which has meant updating all internal
   links – those that are http, either to https or without it.
    All the links should
   be uptodate, but there are problems on https it breaks. If I make a total cache,
   it’s fine for some time, but goes back again. It looks like the wordpress core
   files still are http. When using development toll on chrome and under network,
   many of the css or js files still have http.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fhttp-to-https-wordpress-core-files%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * Have you already tried to use the [Better Search Replace plugin](https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/)
   to change the URLs from http to https?
 * That might also solve the other problems you reported.

 * When you moved to https, did you also [update your WordPress Address and Site Address](https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL)?
   This can be done in your Dashboard under Settings -> General.

 * Have you gone through:
    [https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/web-publishing/https-for-wordpress/](https://make.wordpress.org/support/user-manual/web-publishing/https-for-wordpress/)
 * For the moment suggest turning off the cache etc stuff. Get the site working
   before making it fast.
 * Also this site:
    [https://www.whynopadlock.com/](https://www.whynopadlock.com/)
   Can show places where the odd “[http://&#8221](http://&#8221); persists.

 * Hi [@waveout](https://wordpress.org/support/users/waveout/),
 * [Velvet Blues Update URLs](https://wordpress.org/plugins/velvet-blues-update-urls/)
   plugin should help you to update all the http occurances to https.
 * Make sure you clear the cache once you update the urls _(in case you’r using
   any caching plugins)_.

 * Did that. Right now, I have done a browser cache (under performance), save settings
   and purge caches. So far, it looks like that did it. But let us see, gonna wait
   a day, to see if it is fixed.

 * Hi [@waveout](https://wordpress.org/support/users/waveout/),
 * If I check the uncached version of your page, it works without any problem. Have
   a look to this -> [https://hojermobler.dk/nynaturfag/?nocache](https://hojermobler.dk/nynaturfag/?nocache).
 * Alternatively, you can disable the caching totally (temporarily) and check.
 * You can mark the topic as **_Resolved_** if it really fixed your problem.

   to contact the plugin support.
