http to https: Social media links broken

My web hosting company converted my web sites from http to https. Unfortunately, all the links on social media platforms to my web sites are no longer working properly – it appears they aren’t being redirected. My web hosting company says the W3 cache plugin is causing the issue. Is there something I can change in the plugin to resolve this? I selected the option “Cache SSL (https) requests” in the page cache settings but this didn’t resolve the issues.
