 * i have seen that the plugin blocks pages with a 200 OK.
    Is this wanted? I would
like to see an 403 Forbidden.

 * Hi, The idea was to allow for plugin users to set a specific page in WordPress
to be the page that proxy users are redirected to as a ‘kind-of’ error page.
I would ideally like that to be a 403 Forbidden but I have not yet been able
to find a way to do this within WordPress nicely, while still allowing for customisability.
