 * If I exclude a page from the cdn, W3TC seems to strip out the “http:” from the
   image source URL of even hardcoded images. Example:
 * `<img src="http://mydomain.com/image.png">`
 * becomes
 * `<img src="//mydomain.com/image.png">`

 * This also seems to happen if I disable the CDN entirely.
