# http & https

 * I seem to be having an issue with FB.
 * If I link to my home page, FB see the link as [http://www.cree&#8230](http://www.cree&#8230);
   
   However, if I link to any other page of post FB changes the link to: [https://www.cree&#8230](https://www.cree&#8230);
 * I am at a loss as to way FB is doing this. I have tested the site on other FB
   profiles that don’t require SSL login but the same thing happens when linking
   back to the site.
 * Do you have any ideas what might be going on?
 * Needless to say, when the link changes to https no content is displayed in the
   preview on FB.

 * the only way FB would change to https is if you had a redirect on the url. It’s
   scraper just hits the page. I’d figure out what’s causing the redirect
