Http errors on File Upload

I’ve not encountered this or heard of it happening before, at least not related to this plugin. Can you share more specifically which screens it’s showing on? Individual posts/pages? General media library? Term featured image? The plugin settings media upload? The first two are still vanilla WP in terms of setup and functionality; the last two are custom to this plugin, but again, I’ve not had any issues myself, nor have I heard of issues, but if it’s happening in a specific context and not others, that can help me diagnose.
