# http error when uploading

 * I now get an http error when uploading media to my website that is greater than
   a couple hundered kilobytes or so. This is new – I used to be able to upload 
   larger files. Yesterday I had some work done to my computer. Could that be the
   problem? Or would it only be an issue with the hosting company and php memory?

 * It’s certainly possible something got reset or you’re host may have changed something(
   maybe) as well. You might want to try one of these options to increase file upload
   size if you’re comfortable doing so. Also there is a plugin that you could try
   as well(although I’ve never used it before) if that’s an option.

 * This is sometimes caused by an over-aggressive configuration of your server’s
   mod_security module. Try asking your hosts about it.
