'HTTP error' when trying to upload image files

    Please help. I can’t upload any photos to my website. Whenever I try, I get an error message that says ‘HTTP error’.

    My web hosting provider has tried disabling the plugins, changing to a default theme, changing settings folder permissions to 755, and logging in as an alternate admin user. They have also rebuilt file permissions on the hosting and users, verified the upload setting in the database is correct, and flushed the cache.
