HTTP Error uploading pictures

    Hello,

    I am a abolut rookie and just made my first webside with wordpress.

    I read that this is a known problem so I tried to fix it.
    I opened FileZilla and wanted to go to the uploads folder so I can see if the settings are right.
    Well the folder does not exist.

    Any Tipps on how to fix it?

    How did you create your wordpress site?

    What directories do you see in wp-content?

    I bought a domian at webgo.de
    Downlouded wordpress, typed the infos in “wp-config.php” transfered everything to FileZilla and connected it the to domain. The Website ist online and I can wright content.

    The directories I have in wp-content are: languages, plugins, themes and index.php

    It appears you didn’t transfer everything. You should have “uploads” in wp-content. Try creating that directory manually.
