HTTP error: Uploading Photos to WP Post

For the past couple of days, I’ve been getting an ‘http error’ message since yesterday while trying to upload images to my post.

All it says is http error which is highlighted in red.

I’m not sure if this is a plugin issue or an wordpress 4.0 issue. I honestly don’t remember if I updated anything in the last few days for this issue to suddenly erupt.

I’ve contacted my web host provider as well as my internet provided both has said everything looks to be running fine from their end. In fact one of the technicians from the hosting service had me email the image I’ve been trying to upload to them and they were able to do from their computer.

Not totally sure where to go from here. I appreciate your help!
