HTTP Error after 3.9.1 update

    Hello eveyrone,

    Since yesterday im trying to resolve my problem with WordPress after update to 3.9.1. I’m getting HTTP Error when uploading any type of file.

    1) I increased WP_MEMORY_LIMIT in wp-config to 128M

    2) I added to .httaccess
    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off
    </IfModule>

    3) I changed permission folders of wp-content to 755, files are 644

    4) I turn off all plugins, still HTTP Error.

    5) I tried lot of files type and sizes, there is no success.

    There is so important for me.. Can anyone help me?
