 * Hi
 * First, I will say I like the plugin very mutch! And I use the pay version!
 * But I have a big problem with it.
 * When the auto-optimize option is on, it makes “HTTP ERROR” when I upload images!
 * I get an HTTP ERROR after 1-2 minutes when I try to upload an image!
 * Please see this image: [https://s9.postimg.org/4c75iqt4f/error.png](https://s9.postimg.org/4c75iqt4f/error.png)
 * If I close the page, and open it agian.. The file has been compressed correctly!
   But only if reopen the page.
 * But can it be right, I have to close the blog post, and re-add the picture anytime!
 * I try to chat with the live support, that just say: “If you have any issues with
   uploading an image, deactivate the auto-optimize option from Imagify!”
 * It’s correct that it fix the “HTTP ERROR” – But I will like to use the auto-optimize
   option
 * What about try to help me fix the error instead of just turn futures off.
 * Are there any PHP settings you suggest
 * Any fix I can do?
 * Any log I can use?`
 * Any thing..
 * Please help me..
 * Kind regards
 * Thomas Due Halfdaner

 * I have the same problem… I cannot upload pictures anymore once Imagify is active.
   That means at the moment I cannot use the plugin.
 * Do you have a solution for this? Posting it here might be more effective than
   having everyone contacting the live chat…

 * Hi,
 * This issue must be fixed.
 * Anyway, if you still have it, you have just to deactivate the “Auto-optimize”
   option.

 * Hello WP Media,
 * thanks for the answer.
 * Correct me if I am wrong but by disabling the “Auto-optimize” option newly uploaded
   pictures do not get optimized. This means I have to manually trigger the optimization?
 * This would defeat the very purpose of this plugin?

 * Hi,
 * Yes, it means you will have to manually optimize images.
 * The goal of this plugin is to optimize your images. So even you have to to do
   it manually the goal is reached 😉

 * Hello WP Media,
 * thanks for the response. Unfortunately I have a different opinion, a plugin that
   charges money should make my life easier.
 * Your plugin does not deliver on the one aspect it should, meansing automatically
   reducing image size. How does triggering this manually save me any time?
 * I will go with Kraken and maybe revisit this one it is usable.

 * Hi Ena-Mar,
 * Thanks for your feedback.
 * We listened you and it’s why we totally fix the issue with the new version 1.5.
   The optimization is now asynchronous and you can use the auto-optimize option
   without having again the HTTP-Error.
 * Have a great day!
