 * Made a new made (PhotoShop)Header Image (JPEG,4167×1037,1,43 MB) and tryed to
   upload this file into my Photo Gallery. Every time I get a message HTTP Error.
   Looked on the internet and I tryed a lot of suggestions, still no result…..I 
   contacted the hosting company (GoDaddy) but there is no problem with the hosting,
   but it must be at WordPress. I’am using the latest version 4.3.1.
    Anyone who
   can help me out ????? (liefst in het Nederlands) Thanks, Toon.

 * This could be because of couple of reasons, unsupported PHP version, low upload
   limit value in php configuration file, php handler issue etc.
 * You can try the following.
 * Check max_upload size value in php.ini file and if it is low value increase the
   limit.
 * If you are using old version of php, please try to upgrade to PHP 5.x versions.
