# HTTP ERROR 500 when activating plugin

 * hi there ultimate member,
    i tried installing your plugin today but after i clicked“
   activate” my whole page stoped working and got a “HTTP ERROR 500”. after i deleted
   your plugin the pages started working again. below is the error log:

 * I’m afraid, the Internal server error is most likely caused by your server settings.
   
   I suggest doing a conflict test by disabling all plugins except Ultimate member
   and switching to the default WordPress theme and see if this issue goes away.

   if you are not sure.
