HTTP ERROR 500 after checking completed order

(woocommerce is latest version)
Hello, when I mark order as complete (via this http://prntscr.com/h0hdzh ), I got error page HTTP ERROR 500But when I update order status via WC order page I got this: http://prntscr.com/h0hd49 Just white page
But in both cases, order are marked successfuly as completed, but no emails are sent.
How to fix?
