# HTTP Error 500

 * My website will not allow me to login or be viewed on Chrome, my host told me
   it was a script error (HTTP 500) and I needed to change my theme or plugins… 
   I cannot even login because I don’t know my password and everytime I try to do
   the Lost Password thing i get a blank page.
 * Again, I have zero access to my site and I spent hours trying to understand and
   go through SFTP to get to my wordpress theme and I can’t find it. I can view 
   the website on Firefox, not Chrome. But I cannot view my website on my laptop
   or phone. Also I am not a programmer so I have no idea how to do a lot of the
   stuff I keep reading about. Just treat me like an idiot so I can understand!

 * Clear your browser’s cache. The site definitely works for me.
 * Check with GoDaddy tech support, too, in case they’re blocking your access.
