Not sure if this is a bug or not, if it’s a bug I would be happy to submit as such:

When I enable the “Google Tag Manager for WordPress” Version 1.6.1 plugin, my site returns a “This Page Isn’t Working” HTTP ERROR 500.

If I disable the Google Tag Manager for WordPress” Version 1.6.1 plugin, my site loads fine.

I am running WooCommerce and have been through the “How to setup Enhanced Ecommerce tracking? (v1.3+)” How To Article.

    Hi,

    Thanks for posting this issue.
Could you let me know what PHP version your hosting is using? PHP5.3 is currently the minimum but 5.6 is at least recommended.

    Thanks,

So after a little more troubleshooting. It seems the issue is/was not the “Google Tag Manager for WordPress” Version 1.6.1 plugin, a least not on it’s own anyway. I found another plugin that doesn’t seem to be playing nice with my site overall. My site now loads with the “Google Tag Manager for WordPress” Version 1.6.1 plugin enabled.

I thought I had updated to the latest version of PHP a few days ago, I went back and double checked…the upgrade never occurred and I was still on 5.4. Updated to PHP Edge so I should get the latest and greatest as it’s released.
