• Hi,

I could not download any media or new plugins, and found a forum advice to deactivate any cache plugins temporarily. I tried, and that led to a HTTP error 500. Now I can’t even view my Dashboard, and I can’t connect to the site through Filezilla to solve the problem.

Living a nightmare, as I don’t see a way to fix it, and I have to present the site tomorrow. Please help!

  • Hi
Do you have access to the server panel?
Just disable the plugin folder temporarily.
Be sure to clear the browser cache for the site (Ctrl+F5)
Open the file wp-config.php and False the cache settings.
    Temporarily rename the file .htaccess
Enter this path to log in (site.com/wp-login.php)
If the cache folder (chache) has the following path, temporarily delete it
    (wp-content/chache)
